मानवीय भावनाएँ

“The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched. They must be felt with the heart.”

― Helen Keller

In the second part of the series talking about the emotional high the year 2020 has been for people around the world, we are emphasising on the gravity of understanding mental health. While some have been privileged to share their lockdown in comfortable spaces surrounded with familiar faces and families, a large number of migrant workers, front line workers have found themselves in vulnerable positions, away from the warmth and most times, alone.

At this time, it becomes imperative to share resources, embrace diversity through conversations, experiences and understanding. Nothing in the world can compensate for human values and the aftermath of a deadly pandemic in the 21st century has served as a sharp reminder. What can we do best – hold one another through faith and kindness whilst empowering healing and hope.
